Project Overview
The China-Arab Cooperation Forum 2019 took place in Abu Dhabi as a high-level diplomatic conference requiring a disciplined, presentation-ready environment. Delivered in support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), the project combined formal staging, protocol-led spatial planning, and technical readiness for an international forum setting.
For this project, Tarweej delivered a structured, presentation-ready venue setup that balanced ceremonial presence with practical functionality. The visual material shows a large plenary room with a raised stage, multilingual branding, national flags, delegate microphones, and coordinated registration elements, all aligned with Tarweej’s integrated delivery approach and brand standard of precision-led execution.
What We Delivered
Tarweej delivered a coordinated conference setup designed for formal dialogue and protocol-led event operations, including:
- Stage platform and speaker zone
- Large-format branded backdrop
- Country flag integration
- Delegate table layout and event furniture
- Microphone-ready discussion setup
- Registration and inquiry counter
- AVL-ready staging environment
- On-site installation and finishing
Design Approach
The design language focused on clarity, symmetry, and diplomatic formality. The stage created a strong focal point, while the U-shaped delegate arrangement supported direct interaction and clear sightlines. In addition, the restrained palette and clean scenic treatment allowed the official branding, flags, and speaking platform to lead the visual hierarchy.
Visitor Experience
The space appears planned for controlled movement and efficient participation. Delegates could transition clearly from arrival and registration into the main conference chamber, while the seating geometry supported discussion, visibility, and orderly protocol. Meanwhile, the elevated stage and integrated lighting helped maintain presence and attention across the room.
Challenges & Solutions
Projects of this nature require accuracy across protocol, layout, and timing. Tarweej addressed that complexity through a disciplined setup that brought staging, branding, furniture, and technical readiness into one coordinated environment. As a result, the venue could support both ceremonial presentation and practical conference use without visual clutter.
Production & Execution
Tarweej coordinated the production lifecycle from scenic build elements to installation readiness on site. The visual outcome suggests careful alignment between stage construction, branded surfaces, delegate furniture, and technical positioning. Therefore, the finished environment reads as consistent, controlled, and event-ready from entry point to main platform.
Results & Impact
The final setup delivered a formal and credible diplomatic environment suited to a multinational forum. It demonstrates Tarweej’s ability to orchestrate conference spaces where protocol, presentation, and operational control must work together seamlessly. In turn, the project reflects Tarweej’s strength in integrated event execution for high-level institutional gatherings.
