Project Overview
The 53rd Meeting of the Arab ICT Permanent Committee in Abu Dhabi 2024 required a conference setting that reflected protocol, clarity, and professional control. Based on the project information provided, Tarweej supported TDRA with a complete physical environment tailored to an official Arab ICT gathering in Abu Dhabi.
The result was a refined delegate space built around formal seating, branded stage backdrops, national flags, and integrated conference furniture. In addition, the visual language remained calm and precise, helping the setting feel both diplomatic and operationally efficient.
What We Delivered
We delivered a coordinated conference environment designed for formal dialogue and smooth event operation, including:

Design Approach
The design language centered on order, visibility, and protocol. A large bilingual backdrop established a clear focal point behind the head table, while the room layout supported formal discussion across curved and U-shaped delegate configurations. Moreover, the clean white furniture, soft lighting, and balanced branding created a composed setting suited to high-level institutional dialogue.
Visitor Experience
The space was organized to support direct movement, clear sightlines, and a strong sense of ceremony. Delegates could move easily between seating positions, while the front-facing stage and evenly distributed flag displays reinforced orientation and event identity. As a result, the environment felt structured, welcoming, and easy to navigate.
