Project Overview
For Global Food Week 2025, we delivered an exhibition stand for Al Wathba Dates designed to support product visibility, hospitality, and direct visitor engagement. The environment combined a clean branded shell with retail-style presentation, café service, and casual seating to create a commercial yet welcoming experience.
The stand brought together multiple brand touchpoints, including Al Wathba Dates, Sehhah Specialty Coffee, and Halali, within one coordinated footprint. Based on the supplied visuals, the project was shaped around product display, service efficiency, and an open layout that encouraged browsing, conversation, and sampling.
What We Delivered
We delivered a complete stand environment tailored to food and beverage presentation, including:
- exhibition stand design and zoning
- custom fabrication and finishing
- branded counters and service areas
- retail display shelving with integrated lighting
- product presentation walls
- café counter and hospitality setup
- casual seating and visitor tables
- reception and front-facing brand touchpoints
- on-site installation and finishing works
Design Approach
The stand was designed with a clean architectural language that allowed the products and brand marks to lead visually. Soft curves, warm integrated lighting, and a restrained palette created a premium retail atmosphere. Open edges and clear front-facing counters supported easy access, while illuminated shelving elevated the presentation of packaged goods and display items.
Visitor Experience
Visitors could approach the stand naturally from multiple sides, moving from seating areas to the café counter and product displays without interruption. The layout supported browsing, service, and short conversations in a fluid sequence. This made the stand feel approachable and commercially active while preserving a polished brand image.
Challenges & Solutions
The key challenge was combining product display, hospitality, and brand visibility within one stand without creating clutter. We resolved this through disciplined zoning, clear counter placement, and integrated shelving that organized products neatly while maintaining openness and circulation across the footprint.
Production & Execution
We coordinated fabrication and installation to ensure consistency across counters, illuminated shelving, signage, and furniture. Attention to finishing and alignment was essential, particularly in the product display areas and café zone where the stand needed to perform both operationally and visually throughout the event.
Results & Impact
The final result was a clear, inviting exhibition environment that supported brand recognition, product presentation, and guest interaction in equal measure. It demonstrated our ability to deliver retail-driven event spaces that combine operational functionality with refined exhibition design.
