Tarweej International Media partnered with Bin Hilal Enterprises LLC to create a strong exhibition presence at IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi. The team delivered a complete solution from concept to installation. The stand brought together heavy military hardware, partner zones, and meeting spaces in one clear and modern environment. Scope of Work
Tarweej managed the project from start to finish. The work included concept design, structural engineering, custom fabrication, and on-site installation. The team designed each element to support large-scale displays while maintaining a polished overall look. Design Concept
The design expressed confidence, clarity, and forward thinking. Clean architectural lines, vertical slats, and bold curved overhead features gave the stand a strong visual identity. At the same time, a refined palette of white, grey, and black created a professional base. Blue LED lighting then added energy and a futuristic edge. The layout also allowed heavy vehicles and advanced technology displays to fit naturally within the space without disrupting flow.
Visitor Experience
The stand supported both formal business meetings and product displays. Visitors arrived at sleek illuminated reception counters and then moved through clearly defined brand zones, including Harmattan AI and Milkor. In addition, the space included comfortable meeting areas for different needs. Formal lounges supported longer discussions, while more casual seating areas allowed quick consultations. This balance made the stand both welcoming and highly practical.
Production & Execution
Tarweej focused on quality and control at every stage. The team used premium materials such as high-quality carpeting, polished tiling, and precisely fabricated structural elements. They also produced each feature with close attention to finish and consistency. During installation, Tarweej coordinated the logistics carefully and positioned heavy military equipment safely within the stand.
