Project Overview
CYBER SECURITY COUNCIL at GITEX GLOBAL Dubai 2025 showcased a bold and immersive exhibition stand for the UAE Cyber Security Council. Tarweej International Media designed and delivered the space to turn the idea of national digital defense into a real visitor experience. In addition, the stand highlighted the Council’s role in protecting the nation’s digital future through interactive technology, strong architecture, and a clear brand message built around the theme “First Line of Cyber Defence.”
Scope of Work
Tarweej managed the project from concept to completion. First, the team developed the creative direction and spatial plan. Then, they handled stand design, architectural engineering, fabrication, multimedia integration, lighting design, LED programming, on-site installation, and project management. As a result, every element worked together smoothly. This unified approach also helped maintain quality, speed, and consistency across the project.
Design Concept
The stand used a dark, technology-led design language that expressed authority and innovation. A palette of matte black, electric blue, and bright white LED accents created the feel of a futuristic command center. At the entrance, a large illuminated curved fascia framed the stand and displayed the bilingual branding with the UAE emblem. Inside, a dramatic text wall reinforced the cyber defense message and strengthened the stand’s visual identity. In addition, a custom geometric LED floor pattern linked the different zones and made the whole environment feel more immersive.
Visitor Experience
The visitor journey focused on interaction, education, and discovery. At the center of the stand, an octagonal interactive command hub created a strong focal point. Around it, circular touchscreen kiosks invited visitors to explore cybersecurity content and awareness applications. In addition, a detailed scale model of a UAE city ran along an interactive counter and represented the critical national infrastructure protected by the Council. The stand also included a dedicated escape room zone guarded by a humanoid robot. Because of this, the experience felt more memorable, hands-on, and engaging. It also helped visitors understand cyber threats and defense strategies in a more dynamic way.
Production & Execution
Tarweej delivered the build through careful planning and strong execution control. The team integrated major multimedia features, including curved LED video walls that stretched across the interior and displayed dynamic campaign content. Meanwhile, they installed the geometric LED floor with high precision to ensure both visual impact and durability under heavy foot traffic. Throughout the build, Tarweej coordinated closely with venue authorities, managed compliance requirements, and maintained strict quality standards on site. As a result, the stand came together smoothly and performed as intended.
Challenges & Solutions
The project included several major challenges. For example, the design combined custom architecture, advanced interactive technology, and large LED installations. At the same time, the team had to work within tight deadlines and strict exhibition regulations. To solve this, Tarweej relied on early technical planning, disciplined coordination, and agile in-house production. In addition, close on-site supervision helped the team manage approvals efficiently and complete hidden infrastructure and AV systems without disruption. Therefore, the project stayed on track while fully protecting the creative vision.
Results & Impact
Tarweej delivered a high-impact stand that clearly reflected the Cyber Security Council’s strategic role and brand vision. The project was completed on time and was ready to perform from the first day of the exhibition. As a result, the stand attracted strong visitor attention and encouraged meaningful engagement through its interactive features and immersive design.
