Project Overview
The International Date Palm Conference 2022 brought together regional and international participants in a formal, high-level setting focused on agriculture, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Based on the provided project visuals, Tarweej International Media delivered a coordinated event environment that supported plenary sessions, presentations, branding moments, and ceremonial activities.
The overall setup combined conference staging, scenic elements, branded displays, and visitor-facing installations within a refined venue setting. As a result, the space balanced institutional credibility with a clear visual identity, while supporting both audience engagement and operational flow.

We delivered an integrated conference environment designed to support formal proceedings and a strong visitor experience, including:

Design Approach
The design approach combined institutional formality with strong thematic storytelling. We organized the event environment around a clear focal stage, then reinforced the conference identity through branded scenic surfaces, layered display elements, and symbolic installations linked to knowledge, heritage, and agricultural innovation. This created a setting that felt both dignified and visually memorable.
Visitor Experience
The visitor journey moved from branded arrival points into formal conference and presentation areas. Meanwhile, supporting display features added moments of interest beyond the main sessions, including visual installations and educational elements. The layout also supported visibility, comfort, and orientation for both seated delegates and circulating guests.
Challenges & Solutions
This project required consistency across multiple event components within an existing high-profile venue. We addressed that complexity by aligning scenic production, branding, and presentation requirements into one controlled delivery system.
