The IORA Conference 2019 in Abu Dhabi brought together a high-level ministerial meeting environment that required precision, order, and a clear international identity. Based on the provided visuals, Tarweej International Media delivered a formal conference setting with integrated staging, delegate seating, branding, and arrival experience.
We orchestrated a professional environment designed for diplomacy, visibility, and smooth event operations. From the main meeting chamber to the registration zone and outdoor flag branding, the project reflected a coordinated approach to conference production, spatial planning, and on-site execution, aligned with Tarweej’s brand standards and service approach.

Design Approach
The design centered on clarity, protocol, and balanced visibility. A symmetrical room layout supported formal dialogue, while the stage, screens, and national flags established a strong focal point. In addition, the registration area and exterior branding extended the event identity beyond the meeting room and created a consistent visual journey.
Visitor Experience
The environment supported smooth arrival, clear wayfinding, and a composed delegate experience. Participants could move easily from registration to the main chamber, while the open central floor and U-shaped seating arrangement reinforced sightlines, accessibility, and structured participation. As a result, the space felt both ceremonial and practical.
Challenges & Solutions
This type of conference environment demands technical precision, protocol awareness, and calm coordination. Tarweej addressed that complexity by aligning furniture, branding, stage presentation, and delegate infrastructure into one controlled system. Therefore, the final setup supported both formal presentation and operational efficiency.
Production & Execution
We coordinated design intent, fabrication requirements, branded elements, and installation logistics as one integrated workflow.
