Project Overview

The SADARA 2024 Program in Abu Dhabi brought together multiple event touchpoints within one unified branded environment. Based on the provided visuals, Tarweej delivered an integrated setup that extended from arrival and registration to the conference stage and delegate interaction areas.

Tarweej orchestrated a clean, contemporary event language defined by curved forms, illuminated details, bilingual branding, and integrated display elements. As a result, the venue became a professional and cohesive environment that supported visibility, smooth visitor flow, and a polished guest experience throughout the event.

What Tarweej Delivered

Tarweej delivered an integrated event environment shaped around both functionality and brand identity, including:

  • Main stage design with a wide-format LED presentation backdrop
  • Scenic stage architecture with stepped access and illuminated detailing
  • Registration desk with a custom illuminated feature backdrop
  • Branded entrance treatment and gateway structure
  • Delegate counters and interaction stations
  • Photo opportunity wall and branded media backdrop
  • Wayfinding and directional signage, including VIP parking signage
  • Screen integration across key visitor-facing zones
  • Event furniture and front-of-house setup
  • On-site fabrication, assembly, and installation

Design Approach

The design language focused on clarity, rhythm, and strong brand recall. Circular graphic motifs were translated into architectural features, counters, wall elements, and stage components to create visual consistency across the event environment. In addition, a restrained palette of white, deep blue, and soft neutral finishes allowed the branding to stand out while maintaining a refined and professional atmosphere.

Challenges & Solutions

This project required multiple event components to feel unified while supporting different operational needs. Registration, stage presentation, branded communication, and delegate handling each called for distinct spatial responses. Tarweej addressed this by developing a consistent visual system and applying it across all physical elements. This approach kept the environment cohesive while supporting practical event operations with clarity and control.

Production & Execution

Tarweej coordinated design, fabrication, finishing, logistics, and on-site installation as one integrated delivery process. Custom scenic elements, counters, signage, and stage features were produced with close attention to proportion, finish quality, and brand consistency. This disciplined coordination ensured that every touchpoint was installed accurately and aligned with the overall event experience.

Results & Impact

The final environment presented the SADARA Program as a clear, organized, and professionally executed event experience. From the stage and registration zone to delegate stations and branded arrival points, the project demonstrated Tarweej’s ability to transform a venue into a cohesive platform for engagement.
